All right. These are from Perry Moore's Hero. Thom, Scarlett, Goran with Thom and Invisible Lass. I was so visually inspired by this book and all I have to say is that my next post should include:

Ruth, Typhoid Larry, Golden Boy, Warrior Woman, Justice, Uberman, Ssnake, Transvision Vamp and anyone else I draw over Christmas break. I just colored these today after my last final.

So I never thought it would happen but after 10 hours ofwork, here it is. It's huge so you'll have to settle for loooow quality photos. The first one is my initial drawing, the rest are the colored pencil/conte crayon finished piece.

School

School has started back up and Illustration is in full swing! Our first assignment is to illustrate what we get from a certain theme. The two themes we were given were Worship and Revolution. These are my thumbnails for Worship. I didn't want to do something religious as I figured that was too easy and I think I just have Halloween on the brain but I chose to do Abigail Williams from The Crucible covered in blood since that is part of the spell she does to kill the wife of the man she loves. To me, she worshiped John and this is what it led to.

I will post colored versions too. As soon as I do them.
